how to use multiple tables on one screen

Is there a way to force the table switch to happen automatically upon the filling of the last field of the previous table. I don't want to make the user hit 'esc', then 't', then hit 'a' to go back into the add mode. I've been through the manuals already, and I'm going back into them again to see if I missed something, but I thought maybe one of my fellow informix hackers might have solved this problem already.
