Onperf core dump problem

I have a Sparc10 running Solaris 2.5.1. The database engine in Informix OnLine Dynamic Server 7.x. I can not get the onperf utility to come up. When the onperf command is entered, the prompt returns immediately and a core dump is left. I have loaded both 7.13 and 7.20, experiencing the same problem with both. Has anyone out there experienced a similar problem. Any ideas. Thanks in advance for your help.
