Engage the local IBM sales team. Using the US as an example, I'd call one of my contacts at IBM and find out who the local account team that covers the account. If they didn't know, you could call 1-800-IBM-4YOU (or the new non toll free equivelent) and they should be able to tell you. I'm not sure if there is a similar number in the UK. Once you engage the local sales team, they should be able to help you with the error. (Since this is a *presales* opportunity, they can raise the problem with tech support.) Note: They are going to want to engage the client, determine the size of the opportunity, etc.... YMMV depending on your relationship with the local team, the clout of the customer, and or the local team. HTH -G PS. I would suggest looking in to the Partner World option. I believe its 2K (USD) per calendar year. So wait until Jan 1. But I could be wrong. ;-) _________________________________________________________________ MSN Shopping has everything on your holiday list. Get expert picks by style, age, and price.
