Hello, I am running a jdbc 3.70.JC8 application on a windows 7 64 bits version. Informix 12.10.FC7DE server is running on a Linux x86 64 bit os. I'm facing the following error: Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: Imposible crear thread de usu. Comprobar nomb. de usu. en NT y grupo IXUSERS. at com.informix.jdbc.IfxSqliConnect.<init>(Unknown Source) at sun.reflect.GeneratedConstructorAccessor30.newInstance(Unknown Source) at sun.reflect.DelegatingConstructorAccessorImpl.newInstance(Unknown Source) at java.lang.reflect.Constructor.newInstance(Unknown Source) at com.informix.jdbc.IfxDriver.connect(Unknown Source) .... Caused by: com.informix.asf.IfxASFRemoteException: at com.informix.asf.Connection.recvConnectionResponse(Unknown Source) at com.informix.asf.Connection.establishConnection(Unknown Source) at com.informix.asf.Connection.<init>(Unknown Source) ... 126 more Can anyone give me a hint so as to solve it? Hi, pls take a look in the online.log (on your Linux system). Your developer edition might run into restrictions. There exist memory and disk space restrictions for developer edition. Yes, you are right Marcus. Online log says Developer Edition limits to 20 the number of connections. Thak's a lot for your info !!!
