Hi,
The first question is very simple, just select the database you want and
type:
SELECT tabname, colname
FROM systables, syscolumns
WHERE systables.tabid = syscolumns.tabid
The second question is even easier:
UPDATE <tablename>
SET port_number = "5061"
WHERE switch_id = "2XO"
