I just want to suggest that Borland aren't out yet: I've just spent the day messing about with Delphi, Borland's new Visual Client/Server development tool based around an object-oriented version of Pascal. It's a thing of great beauty. Looks great and runs (and compiles) like the wind. Utterly intuitive. I barely needed to lift a manual. After bashing my head against NE for the past few Sundays I suddenly feel that it might not be *me* with the problem. The documentation is *loaded* with sample code (hint hint). --------------------------------------,------------------------------------- Kerry Sainsbury, kerry@kcbbs.gen.nz | THE INFORMIX FAQ Quanta Systems, Auckland, New Zealand | kcbbs.gen.nz:/informix/* | mathcs.emory.edu:/pub/informix/faq/* +64 9 377-4473 (work) 279-3571 (home) | http://www.garpac.com/informix.html
