Database events!!

Hi Friends!! I'm already using the ALARMPROGRAM to check the events in my database and it work, but actually an "I/O read chunk ... page num ...errno 5" appear in my online, not the same as error 11 "Cannot open chunk" because also it work, does anyone know how to monitoring this error or some aditional script.
