ROM 2.1 problem

Hello all, I just download ROM 2.1 from Informix web site and install on Win 95. Last month, I installed iConnect 9.12 on same machine, the ODBC connection work fine (I can use MS Access to access Informix Database without any problem) but when I try to run Database Browser, SQLEditor or Table Editor, the 'Red Cross' dialog box appear anbd it said ISQLT09A.DLL has problem (follow with stack dump) can anyone help me ?
