Loads of ways -- dbexport/dbimport or take an ontape or onbar backup. Also
onunload and onload, or dbschema and unload/load (or dbload).

Read your onconfig file, it will have a ROOTSPACE entry.

Not that I know of, although there must be some open-source thing that can

You can try out the ISA (Informix Server Administrator).
