Clon installation
Hi everybody I have a IDS 11.50.FC9 installation, and i need pass it to an other solaris server with the same versión Can I copy the install directory from one to the other in order to avoid do all the installation process ?
If you keep all of the owner, group, and file permissions correct that will work, yes. The easiest way is to tar the directory as root and restore as root on the new machine. Art Art S.
