Stored Procedures: Basic Question

Pardon me if this sounds basic quesitions. I'm a new to the database world. 1. Is there a way to handle NOTFOUND (defined as 100) return status as a result of a SELECT statement, inside a Stored Procedure(SP). 2. I would like to get sample code where multiple rows are returned from a SP. I have written the SP using 'foreach' statement, but I don't know how to call the SP from the application (using ESQL/C) correctly. 3. If I call a SP within a transaction, are the SQL statements inside the SP recorded in the transaction log? I think, it will, but want to confirm.
