Just to repost for public consumption, to reorg and defrag table1 after
setting NEXTSIZE to say 20-50% of current table size (depending on size
and how fast you expect it to grow), use:
ALTER FRAGMENT ON TABLE table1 INIT IN targetdbs;
Source and target dbspace can be the same.
It doesn't get any easier or more bulletproof.
