onbar and legato

Hi, I am using Informix IDS 7.30.UC2 and trying to backup my instance with: onbar/BusinesSuite Module (from legato, bringing XBSA library)/Networker client on my database server and Legato Networker server on my backup server. I have the following log in bar_act.log: 1998-07-19 22:32:56 8624 8623 /opt2/informix/bin/onbar_d -b -L 0 1998-07-19 22:32:58 8624 8623 Begin level 0 backup root_dbs. 1998-07-19 22:32:59 8624 8623 Successfully connected to Storage Manager. 1998-07-19 22:32:59 8624 8623 XBSA Error (BSACreateObject): A system error occ urred. Aborting XBSA session Informix technical support say it is a legato problem. Does anyone can help? I also try to use the XBSA library which comes along with IDS 7.3 but it does not work and tech. support say not to use it (only use with ISM, not with a third-party storage application).
