Archive and Backup using Onarchive Utility

I am testing my archive and backup procedures. I am using level-0 to archive and backing up my logical log file #2 where the checkpoint is. The status in the utility shows "COMPLETED". I bring online to offline. I use the ondatartr utility to retrieve level-0 and backup and salvagelog. I get the message retrieved fine. The status of online is in quiescent mode. So, I bring online back to "Online" mode. However, the status in onarchive utility for backup says, "Failed". The changes I made to the table after backup is not there. What is going on? How would I research to find out what is failed? No error message, No Mail Message. Any hint would be useful. Thanks Ruchi
