IDS Network Daemon apparently "died"
Posted in 1999
We are encountering spurious (the best kind!) of errors wherein we are
unable to communicate between our 2 installed instances of IDS (on the
same machine). This most recent time there were no error messages on
the console or log file although previous occurrences have resulted in
the message "Warning-Network Died" (or similar) when launching
Onmonitor. This most recent occurrence was during a data load from
instance a to instance b.
