Hi, Does anyone know about a 'Kernel32' error that occurs when ALT-tab is pressed within a NewEra application? Or the same combination to activate a NewEra application ? (windows reports with a window with title Kernel32, contents of that window: "This application has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down") The same error also occurs when Newera was not active and we tried to change the keyboard settings in the control panel, although this does not happen quite often. After this error occurs the following is going on: - all processes are still running Microsofts WinTop kept running and still reported information about running processes. - the keyboard does not respond any more. CTRL-ALT-DEL didnt't work. - clicking on the screen or the 'Ok' or 'Details' button in the window that displays the 'kernel32' has no effect either. The only thing we could do was to turn off the laptop. This error has occurred on the following laptop's: - three Satellite Pro 430CDT laptop's from Toshiba - one Tectra 730 laptop from Toshiba - one Texas Instruments laptop All of these Toshiba laptop's are quite new. The three Satellite Pro laptop's where running the new(er) Windows 95 (SR2). The 'kernel32' error has never occurred while developing the NewEra application on a 'normal' (non laptop) Windows 95 machine.
