IUS - Netscape Stall

OS: Solaris 2.5.1 Informix: Universal Server 9.12.UC2 Blade: Web 3.30.UC6 Web Server: Netscape Enterprise Server V2.01 We are occassionaly (once per day) getting our Netscape browsers locking out on our IntrAnet. The problem appears to be in the Netscape Enterprise Server. Issuing a kill -HUP on the Netscape master process in UNIX appears to remedy the situation. We are using NSAPI to connect from the server to Universal Server I have logs writing out the connection information (as defined in the web.cnf file), and these do NOT report that the maximum number of connections have been reached and threads are waiting.
