informix and locale

Please help. I'm having trouble configuring db_locale to work when I use ASP with CLI drivers.. The error message is: Error=406... Unable to load locale categories. I've set db_locale on the IIS to en_us.1252 and set the db_locale and client_locae to en_us.1252 on the client Thanks in advance if any one can help...
