The SQL error -329 indicates that the database will not permit you to connect to it or that the database does not exist. Assuming you know the name of your database, you must have the DBA or database owner GRANT CONNECT TO <jdbc_use_name or PUBLIC>; so that you will have permissions on the database. It is that simple!
