INSTAL IDS WORKGROUP 7.3 ON SCOUNIX

I'm trying to initialize the shared memory, but i'm always getting an error message: "Cannot find message file. Check INFORMIXDIR and DBLANG" but INFORMIXDIR is correctly set and I tryed many values for the DBLANG variable. Nothing helps. What's the syntax for the DBLANG variable ?? Does anybody knows what I can do to solve the problem ?????????? Thanks.
