Fwd: RE: lock mode
Posted in 2003
Keith, et
al,
Lock mode 'B' is used for Views primarily it means 'Both' or indeterminate. The
Syntax manual for 9.3 says 'B' is Page Mode also for the system tables that
use it I suppose.

Select locklevel from systables where tabname = "your_table"
R = Row
P = Page
? B = System Table ?
null = Version Identifier
