HS Tools - Non WSYSWIG Printout

I'm currently doing some development using Hyperscript Tools 1.10 running on Windows for Workgroups 3.11. I have been facing some problems with the printout of the worksheets (which are being used for formatting reports). When I do a preview on the worksheet, all the different gray shades which I use to highlight the background of the title bar and report headers seem to appear fine. Nevertheless, these backgrounds turned black on the actual hardcopy(printout). As a result, the titles and headers are illegible. The funny thing is, on certain PCs, the printouts appear nicely (ie. all the gray shades come out good) whereas majority (of the PCs) are having this problem. Furthermore, on a few PCs, the background shades are not printed at all(ie. all white - but it's better than black). Aren't Windows printout supposed to be WYSIWYG? I figure out, it could possibly be due to some missing drivers/DLLs related to printing in Windows. Could someone please shed some light into this????
