Problems attaching to Tables...Please Help!!!

Configurations:
Server IBM RS/6000 AIX 3.2.5
Informix SE 5.01.UD3
INET 5.01.UD3
Client Compaq 486/66 DX2
Microsoft Access 2.0
Q+E ODBC Pack 1.2
INET 5.01.WD1
Procedures:
I open Microsoft Access and select to add a new database. After giving the name of the new database, I try to attach to a table. I select SQL Database and thename of my Data Source. Next I find the table that I am trying to attach to, and select to save the ID and password locally. I receive a message indicating that I have a successful attachment.
The problem that I encounter happens when I try to open the table. The
following message populates all columns and rows, for the first 5 or so rows:
'ERROR#'.
After the 5 rows, '#NAME?' fills all columns and rows, which is followed by a
'General Protection Fault in Module MSAJT200.DLL at 0038:0041.'
If I try to attach to a different table first, then attach to this table, I enjoy limited success. When I save the database, exit Access and Windows, and reboot going back into Access and to re-open the database and table, I get the same error.
Has anyone encoutered this error? Can I pinpoint the error to INET, ODBC or Access? I have been working with Intersolv Q+E tech support, but have had no success. Is there a limitation to the size of table, index, etc.?
I have included the schema information of the table I am trying to
attach:
