From glo@infmxchi Thu Jul 8 09:31:25 1993 Return-Path: <glo@infmxchi> From: glo@infmxchi (Gloria Schwartz) Message-Id: <9307081627.AA15319@infmxchi.chicago> Subject: Birds of A Feather Session WWUC Date: Thu, 8 Jul 93 11:27:43 CDT All, I will be hosting a special Birds-Of-A-Feather session at the Worldwide Users Group meeting. This is geared toward IDMS customers who are downsizing to Informix. As many of you may recall, we have started IIDG - the IDMS to Informix Downsizing Users Group. If you have any IDMS customers/prospects try and get them to this session. There is a tremendous amount of synergy among IDMS customers....almost a cult. Even those customers using Informix for a small departmental application, may leave the session with a full downsizing strategy! It will be a great relationship building and sales opportunity. The Session is Tuesday from 4:30 - 6:30. Options Clearing Corp will be presenting their experiences as a new mainframe shop in an Open Systems World. Forecross Corp., a third party consulting and conversion tool company, will be presenting a session on "Migrating from a Network database to a Relational Environment".
