Unix upgrade question

Hi, Currently we run Online 7.14UD1 on MP-RAS 2.03.01. If we upgrade MP-RAS to 3.02 will the existing version of Informix run on this new version of the OS.Could anyone who has been thro' things like these share their experience. TIA Sathish
