isainfo tells you only which kernel is running (64bit or 32bit).
To choose FC or UC CSDK you need to know if you want to develop 64bit
apps or 32bit.
Most apps and libs are 32bit still and run fine on 64bit OS.
E.g. you may run a 32bit IDS on 64bit Solaris.
