OFF: ODBC SDK

All, Sorry about this fairly off-topic post but i need a sample from the ODBC SDK 3.5 about custom tracing. Apparently among the samples there is a trace dll (the files dotrace.c and strace.dll among it). Would anyone in possesion of this ODBC SDK be so kind as to mail me the sample (or at least the dotrace.c file). This does have some relationship to this mailing list. I'm trying to prove to our developers that their app is slow and not the database. I've been able to capture their queries (via ODBC trace logs), and run it through my own ODBC proggy. Stuff that crashes after an hour in their apps finishes in below 10 seconds in my app. Now to fully convince them, i'd love to customise the ODBC trace dll's functionality - to do this i need this sample from the ODBC SDK 3.5 to figure out how.
