isql
Posted in 1993
Greetings, I have encountered a problem with a feature that I have used before. I have opened a case with support, but I did not want to wait for them (if you know what I mean...). Problem: I have an isql form that I want to be *larger* than the default. Specifically, I want the form to be 50 x 120. I have this designation in the screen: SCREEN SIZE 50 BY 120 I have also modified my termcap to increase li and co to handle this. The form compiles (sformbld) fine, but at run time, right after the license screen, I get the error: FORM IMAGE TOO LARGE TO FIT IN THE SCREEN WINDOW If the actual screen text does not exceed the default boundaries, all is well. If I go over by a line or char, I get the error listed above. My environement: HP-UX, isql (4.10.UD2), hpterm *and* xterm. I *have* done this type of thing before, on a silicon graphics workstation, and it worked great! If you have an idea, I am listening...
