This works for me on sysmaster Database.
select avg(sqx_estcost) avg_estcost, count(*) num, sqx_sqlstatement
from syssqexplain
group by 3
having avg(sqx_estcost) > 100
order by 1 desc;
only looks at currently running sql on database. Pinched it off the net
somewhere so cannot give anyone any credit for it
a it don't remember where it was.

If you can find such a process in OS enviroment with Tool2, you may
also do the same.
1. find the process (onstat -g ses , or using SMI db)
2. find it with Tool2
