Yes, and it ended up with
511: Cannot modify system catalog (systables).Error in line 2444Near character position 24
which turned out to be caused by the fact that I as logged in as administrator instead of informix. DOH!!!
I had added administrator in the informix-admin group, but it did not work.
I do not remember this problem on 9.4 .
Anyway, thanks for your reply.
