NewEra3.1 + MSVC5.0

Hi, Just received an email regarding NewEra3.1. Noted that to use this product, one must not use the <new> MSVC++ v4.2, which we bought less than 6 months ago but a newer version(v5) Here is the question. MSVC++ 5 seems to be bundled in 2 packs. There is the 'enterprise' and the 'pro' pack. Are both fit for NewEra3.1 ?; the 'pro' back seems to be bundled with less features. regards David
