WGS 7.30TC7 (not) running on NT4 SP4

We have Problems to run 7.30 TC7 on a brand-new installed PC with NT4 SP4 (German Version). Either the Database can't get started in any way (Problems in creating the sysmaster-Database) or the Database crashes after a Reboot. We tried to install as Local-Administrator and as Domain-Administrator Nothing works. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance Christof
