I have seen and heard from INFORMIX, similar performance increases experienced by sites when upgrading to version 7, but in our site it has been a performance disaster. We have experienced a decline in performance, in the neighborhood of 100% or worse. So, unless I can figure something out soon, I will have to rely on an INFORMIX expert to do on-site consulting for us. Any suggestions or tips would be appreciated.
