Version 5 migration question

Greetings! I want to confirm that there are no conversion issues with a move from v5.08 to v5.1. I dimly remember that migration only poses such issues when moving from one code-base to another (e.g. v5 to v7), but I can't seen to remember clearly. Can anyone help me out? Can anyone help me out? > Hi, a few years ago we "migrated" from v5.0x (I do not remember) to v5.10 just by installing of new version, and we encoutered no problems. BUT: we have serious problems with mixed runtimes 5.0x and 5.0y (mixed by mistake, someone has his own INFORMIXDIR), DB was crashing and we had to restore from archive, and logs were corrupted - not usable. It happened cca 5 times, then we found another INFORMIXDIR... But AFAIR(emember :-) v5.10 checks versions much better then v5.0x.
