Page Up/Down in 4GL forms?

I have an Informix 4GL (4.0) application that puts form up on the screen to let the user pick from a scrolling list that contains over 100 items. The user can navigate up and down the list just fine, but it takes a long time to use the arrow keys. I'd like to let them use the page up and page down keys, and maybe the home and end keys too. I can't find anything by RTFMing or looking through the FAQ. Can this be done?
