Informix 7 Porting Issues
We have been trying to migrate our applications from Online 5 to Online 7 engine. We are encountering some wierd core dumps during run-time. The environment being used is the Rapid development System. Our old configuration comprised of - Informix Online 5.06.UC2 - 4gl 4.14.UC1X1 - Pcode Runner 414 - Sun Solaris 2.4 on Sun Sparc-1000 Our new configuration comprises of - Informix Online 7.12.UC2 - 4gl 6.03.UC2 - Pcode Runner 602 - Solaris 2.5 on Sun Sparc-1000 Has anyone migrated to Informix 7 on Sun-Solaris 2.5 platform ? If so , which version of the ISQL & C4gl/R4gl is being Used ? Following module & the form is causing a core dump. No database is being referenced .
