Why RSS automatically becoms standard?

Hello, Our RSS server automatically become standard while its drauto value is 0 (mannual). Following are the messages which are in message log file. 19:33:17 RSS: Lost connection to ids_net_db91 19:34:31 RSS: Reconnected to ids_net_db91 19:34:35 This server is not registered with the primary as an RSS node. This may be the result of having run onmode -d delete RSS xxxx. Converting this server to a standard server. Server will be left in a quiescent state. 19:34:36 Shutting down SDS/RSS threads 19:34:36 DR: Turned off on secondary server informix version: IBM Informix Dynamic Server Version 11.50.FC6 Software Serial Number AAA#B000000

It is complaining that when it reconnects to the primary that the primary doesn't know that it is an RSS secondary. I suspect you were trying to test RSS reconnection by running onmode -d delete rss on the primary. Wrong test. You should be testing this by either shutting down the primary normally (onmode -ky) or by dragging the primary offline as if in a crash (run onmode -c to get a checkpoint and minimize the chances of trashing the primary, then kill -9 the first CPU VP oninit process (use the pid of the cpu vp #1 in the onstat -g glo output). I would make both tests and make sure that I have a current archive of the primary just in case. Art Art S. We are not testing any scenario of RSS reconnection, but we have faced abnormal server restart before this issue. kindly comment.
