Shared Memory Errot

I am currently migrating my informix 7.13 to new hardware I matched the configuration and I get the following error in my logs: shmat: [EMFILE][24] out of shared memory segments, check system SHMSEG mt_sh_init: can't create resident segment. The error caused by Unixware 2.0x tells me that the # of shared segments attached to the calling process would exceed the system-imposed limit. I have 64MB ECC memory installed.
