It is *extremely* dangerous to not be 100% accurate in specifying device size, especially over-specifying. If you end up using all your overspecifed space, you will end with with a partition that cannot be archived, and needs to be tbloaded/tbunload back to the partition (specified at the correct size). Trust me on this one.
