Hi In response to your news item, the problem you are experiencing suggests that you are using Windows NT as your Server component. If that is the cae, you are right in saying you need I-Net. Alternatively, if your server is on a Unix Machine, then you will only need to use I-NET when using our Lite drivers as they need this comms layer to communicate. Otherwise, our Multi-Tier drivers is the best option. These have their own comms layer built-in within the Request broker. All you need is a copy of the Database agent for your Informix database, A request broker and a windows client. You can configure the whole thing from the comfort of your browser.
