Re: problems in phys_logs allocation
Posted in 1999
Hi Steve, thanks for your response. I resolved my problem a few minutes ago,
I'm using onmonitor tool to modify informix, I know that I can't modify
everything, but it helps.
I'm using digital unix 4.0e, running on a digital alpha server 2000 (a little
old I know).
Well, the news is that now I can't configure the logical logs partition, I
don't know if it has to be configured before the physical log, but I'll try.
Furthermore, it ask me to create a level 0 archive, and I have problems in my
device configuration because I want to use a hard disk, not a tape.
well, if you know something about logical log configuration I'll apretiate it
too much.
Thanks in advance.
