CLI with IIS

I am trying to use the Internet Database connector delivered with Microsoft's IIS to access my informix database through Informix CLI. I keep getting this error: [State=S1000][Error=-406][INTERSOLV][ODBC Informix driver][Informix]Unable to load locale categories Anyone have any ideas? Thanks, David Kidd
