Check for object in HyperScript

Hello, Is there a way to check for the existance of an object in a worksheet so I can execute a clear or not? example: if object 557 exists select object 557 clear unselect end if The problem is I have a button that creates a graph (object 557) but that is optional. Another button does a return but in order to clear the graph, I must check if it exist first (if the user pressed the graph button). Thank you Eric. (uunet!microc!eric)
