Because the primary will hang until you make the device available on the secondary. Everything stops - nothing works - nada - niet etc etc. - reboot what you like it makes NO DIFFERENCE. Then your boss phones you and ask why he shouldn't fire you, just after he fires the clown what did it. I can still remember that phone call...............
