Indentation program

Netlanders: Does anyone know of the existance of a program to reformat informix 4gl something like "cb" or "indent" does for 'c'? I am the sysadmin/dba for a development staff of approximately 10 junior 4gl programmers and sadly each has his/her own style of indentation. I need to be able to change indentation style and general progam style open the fly. Ideally, the program would have a startup rc file to determine how it was to do things.
