RE: Client SDK 2.90 - where is it ?

We were able to get the Client SDK 2.90 here in the US from the IBM partner (Kazer, www.kazer.com) which is working with us. While IDS 10.0 is accessible for us from our PA area (along with 9.40), we couldn't find 2.90 anywhere.
