Hi, to do a warm restore, you need all the logical logs backed up since the backup that you want to restore. After physical restore of the dbspaces you will then have to restore all those logical log files to get the stuff (logically) consistent. One log missing or corrupted means that it will not work. Missing logs you can determine before you start the attempt ... :) , about log corruption you may find out only while doing the actual restore ... :-( Assuming that you "added a lot of chunks" because there was a lot of data put into these chunks, I can imagine that there will be quite many logical log files ... so it will take quite some time to restore them. This might not be the case if you have only databases without logging (in which case a lot of data does not cause a lot of logical logs to be filled). So actually it should work, but I guess the question most probably is whether you want to do this at all (this being a test system).
