Help on tbload

I am having problem with loading a huge table of 2 gig. size. I am using tbload to recreate the table. During the loading process all logical logs are getting filled up. We have to total logical log space 500*6*4K. To avoid this fillup I turned off the loging mode of the database to no logging. But still the logs are getting filled up. I would appreciate any hints.
