New version of 4GL

Hi Folks, As I understand it, a new version of 4GL is coming that amongst other things will support the DBCENTURY environment variable. Does anyone have any idea when this is due for release (or even better, when the SCO 5 port is to be released). I have to provide a Year 200 compliance schedule to a client and implementation of DBCENTURY is the only thing we need to satisfy Y2K issues. TIA.
