How to move/create sysadmin db out of rootdbs

Hi, I am using OAT (IBM Open Admin Tool for Informix), and i have seen that sysadmin database is created in the rootdbs which is consuming lots of space. So is there any possible way through which I can move the sysadmin database out of the rootdbs? Or i have to do the dbexport/dbimport? Thanks in advance. Regards, Khan

Regards, Khan Response: Well, assuming you have 11.70 you could do the following: http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/idshelp/v117/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.ibm.adref. doc%2Fids_sapi_070.htm Only thing is it "resets" the database and apparently you'd lose any task/sensor customization you may have done. Hi, If i wanted to avoid the resetting of database, then can i do it using the dbexport/dbimport as well or it will work or recommended? Thanks. Regards, Khan
